Ah ok - in danger of thread hijack, but how? What is different about the cams? Any negative effects?

It basically increases valve lift :y

The only negative is a slightly less refined idle, but it's negligible... :y

there difference on high of cams.
this standard mod done on vxl on vectra gsi, thats way vectra b gsi 2.5 v6 have 192 bhp

Don't be put off by this by the way. You really do have to concentrate to even notice :y

I've also heard it said that using the 3.0 long nose plenum helps bottom end torque on the 2.5 too, but must stress that I've never played with a 2.5 myself.
