West is losing patience where Putin has driven about 200 tanks at Debaltseve through Minsk II. An attack on the major city of Mariupol will be next, where there is a considerable Russian military build up in the area, reconnaissance of Ukrainian positions and probing attacks.

The Yanks are sending a Battalion. I would imagine there have been US and UK military 'observers' in the combat zone for some time. $:-\$
