Ignoring the obvious suspension deficiencies on the black estate, that has the Michelin PS3s fitted, albeit 235/40/18, no complaints thus far, but have only done 800 miles or so in it

There are some Michelin traits that put people off. Longevity in grip level being the main one. Along with cost, partly negated by the price from this particular supplier, but plus fitting of course.

There are some reports that this specific model doesn't hold its grip level since the same time last year having done minimal miles since. 1000 or so.  Something sort of touched on here with more durable models.

But we'll give them a go and see what happens.

Oh, to add, na in 235 it seems. Still listed on the Michelin web site but no longer available.

245 are it seems. Unless I get an email Monday morning.

I have PS3s on the M3.. they're a bit tramliney but at least part of that is suspension setup in my case (especially as I've noticed the NSF is a bit bald on the outside!). Bags of grip, though - certainly more grip than I have balls.

What fickin difference does it make when you spend half your time dodging potholes? The roads in places up here are almost undriveable.
