We all know that despite the risk of being caught/penalised or causing an accident people still drive whilst using their mobile phones.Well tonight on my way home I was passed by a bloke on a 50cc scooter,wearing a full face helmet without a visor he was merrily riding along holding his mobile to the side of the helmet about where his ear would be and shouting his head off through the chin bar Right hand was operating twist grip/steering and he was only doing about 10-15mph,but still the idiocy of it was astounding

I get them trying to scrape the paint off my rear bumper almost every day... they just don't/can't understand that I can stop a lot quicker than they can.... oppsing hate the ruddy things....

This is because nearly all scooter riders are teenagers.
They know that they are the greatest motorcyclist ever, have the world's best reflexes and that the highway code/physics don't apply to them. Oh, they're also immortal.
