They just say I can bank the days & re-allocate them...............til the 12th of never, because every request I've put in to have time actually owed they knock back!

Well....sorry to say this...but if all this work is stressing you out, a trip to the docs may be in order.

Not stressed out (yet  ) Its just it was hard enough to get holidays before, now they've shaved another 11 off our staff its darn near impossible to book any time off. Up to March this year I have 9 re-allocated rest days which I cannot have off. Then I get a snotty e-mail saying if you haven't booked them by the end of March you'll lose them.

Surly it can not be good for you, not getting any time off, we all get tired, not good when dealing with stroppy people............
