A neighbour of mine used to work at Broadmoor and after he had been on a submit and restraint course a friend didn't believe the moves would work until he personally showed him how effective a couple of them were. ;D ;D ;D ;D

More that that Phil, I was a Ganges boy!!! Anyone who made it through there for 9 months can handle anything.................. :D :D :y
