Brake hose U clamps

The clips that hold the flexi to the front strut. Universal, or car-specific? Anyone got any, or a part number for the dealers?

If you ever need a source of them very quickly (can't say for certain on FLs, but definitely PFL) then take your seat back off, and you'll find two holding your lumbar support wheels on.

If you have more time I think part number 90539036  would be the one  :y

Save a few p each and get them from a Vauxhall garage not far from me..

haha, you're most welcome! Discovered that little trick with the seat backs when I stripped a scrap car, to replace my poorly bodged seat-back pocket (bleeding screws visible! pah!) couldn't beleive my eyes to find nice matt grey ones sitting there, holding the lumbar knobs in place.

But of course if you're able to travel, then getting some fron the main dealer is worth doing. Glad you're sorted. I've got a dozen spare, for every time I come across another rusty old one. I give them a liberal smear of grease before they go on. Helps corrosion, plus they come off so much easier, turns what used to be 1 hour jobs into 10 minute ones!  :y

Yeah, the one I need to replace came off in two pieces, nearly had my eye out! I'm slowly amassing a collection of spare bolts, clips and the like, my garage looks like a museum display of Halfords, circa 1998...

I tell a lie, after the shock absorber debacle, I had a temper tantrum and flung everything in in a huff. It currently looks like the whole garage has been dropped from a ten foot height...
