The bungalow has two lights at the front and two at the rear which I call security lights which come on automatically as the light fades they were put on by council/housing association before we ever moved in,then of course there are street lights.Under normal circumstances even with the curtains shut there is a certain amount of light filtering into bungalow,not enough to cause problems but there all the same.Well last night at 8pm the whole area suffered a power cut,so it was as pitch black as you can get.In the time it took me to think I'd best light a couple of candles the dog was on my knee trembling and whimpering ::)Finally got her off me and fumbled my way into kitchen nearly getting legged up by dog trying to keep as close as possible to my legs.As soon as first candle was lit she took up her usual station at end of settee curled up and went to sleep snoring like a good 'un :oHave I got the only dog in the world that's scared of the dark?
::)Did have to laugh at the stupid mutt
