WTF is wrong with npower?

They are finally getting their comeuppance for years of shite customer service, bills that bear no resemblance to actual fuel used etc. Their parent company, RWE, said today that bills will still be problematic during 2016. Why? Surely, if all the others can get it (nearly) right? Dolts.

Commiserations to anyone who's job is affected.

Major uproar in the Hull depot about it.
Talk of takeovers / lots of people getting there P45's
Workforce pissed off because nobody for upstairs is talking
