I don't know if any of you have listened to this recording of Nick Ferrari interviewing Peter Blake from Transport for London. Its about the regulation of cabs cock up, you will get the gist.....
There is more wriggling and squirming from Mr Blake than you will find in a nest of 1000 snakes..... ;D ;D
