having been using win 10 for a few month I have a issue. two days ago I found a site with a workshop manual I wanted. I had no problems downloading it once paying. my issue is my browser doesn't let me view java which its downloaded on. so not been able to read my purchase.

Ask the vendor for support...  ...because obviously you bought from a reputatable supplier.

They may tell you to try IE
