Doing a wee, job and found a surprise.

Follow the door rubber all way to bottom of the door(underside) O,Er a rusty patch(corrosion) were water has sat,between rubber and door, were clip holds rubber in(sorry no piccys)

Probably for the best  ;D ... Had a look at the passenger side the other week out of curiosity wish i hadn't  :o .. Little job before winter, In all seriousness it was't that bad a small bubble about the size of a 20p coin and does look as if you where to press on it...... Well... then there'd be a hole, At the moment its just a bubble  ;D

EDIT: Not looked at the drivers side.... Yet  :-X

If/when you pop the sill, and probably the rubber sealing strip that runs the length of the doors, off, enjoy the corrosion at every point where there's a fixing pin or drilled hole. Without having to weld any plates on, just a few pulses whre it was getting pin prick holes, one side took me 3 days to competely de-rust (dremel, angle grinder and bilt hamber de-oxy gel), treat and paint. Wax inject the inside of the sills. Drill out the holes where the metal duradot fixings hold the sill covers on and replace with plastic push dot fixings. Drilling the holes out for them allows you to put the wand on the wax injector gun up inside the sills.
