Buses
« on: 27 November 2016, 17:45:51 »

I haven't seen a bus thread on here for a bit, so I thought I would start one. :y :y :y

Nothing like a bit of nostalgia.....

Except this one is about the new generation of electric buses, which can do up to 350 mile in cities and 600 miles when touring on a single charge.

Every time I leave my road, I get caught behind a bloody great big (but single decker) bus...  ...it runs about every 10 seconds, and in 15yrs of living here, I have *never* seen anyone on it but the driver.

It has a Waitrose and the shops shut on a Wednesday afternoon... I make that two for two in the 'How posh is your town' league :D

And nothing opens on Sunday, and the DIY shop isn't open Saturday afternoon.

But what else has it got (except curry houses and estate agents)?

(I quite like that Waitrose - despite its small size, they have good choice :y.  Just an utter PITA to get to, so its normally Tesco...)
