PFL V FL

I realise this is probably a ridiculous question, but is it possible to retro fit a PFL centre control panel, radio, AC controls etc, in place of the ludicrously complex FL one? :-\

I assume its probably the wrong size anyway. :-\

Can't see why not. The shell is the same shape/size. They just made it uglier in every regard when they "facelift"-ed it  :)

You'd have to be certifiable to spend the time / money doing it mind  ;D

I'd suggest this could be classed as "very challenging" at best.

The whole dashboard is the only way it will work, and needs the loom as well. World of pain springs to mind... that said, if you do go down this route, change the heater matrix whilst you're in there ;)

Easier solution is to FL the exterior of a P/MFL estate. Job jobbed ;)

Thanks guys, yes I assumed it would be too challenging, but I would so like to have had my TD MFL panel in my FL 3.2 Elite. I've operated A/C panels that were more user friendly than my FL >:( :y

It's not that bad... Try a facelift Vectra... there's three ways of doing pretty much everything ;D
