sticky jerky cursor
« on: 21 April 2017, 21:23:41 »

What is the cause of a cursor being jerky in its movements?

I use a mouse, but it happens when I use the laptop pad as well.

Since it does not happen on all websites I assume its a website problem and not my laptop.

Is there any cure, any settings I can change or anything?

(works fine on here as it happens!)

No, its only a couple of weeks old!

It came with Microsoft Edge and I wonder if I try Firefox it might help?

Being the weekend the website I have most trouble with is not on, so will have to wait till Monday to find out.

Ah, so Win10.

Might be still busy doing all the updates. Might be all the manufacturer wank they fill them with. Might just be piss poor spec.

If its just sites laden with ads, like most forums, online news, ebay etc, its likely its a combo of poor spec machine and no ad blocker.
