Yep Opti, another example, and what a perfectly logical way of spelling that word; "centre" indeed!  who came up with that?

Oh dear.  All keep bulling it up and we will all be speaking American English!

The Portuguese have a similar huge problem. Brazil speaks a version of Portuguese and there are a lot of them! They produce soaps which inevitably get shown in Portugal and the folk there have started speaking Brazilian Portuguese.

That reminds me of a van I followed the other week, it had " Please leave 3 meters clear behind the rear doors" written on the back
