Hmmm.. Interesting. 90L will go in easily I reckon. There's bags of space around the 80L. Do you know the dimensions of the 90L tank?

.. and we hardly need too much technical support these days.

The 90L tank is slightly shorter but 400mm diameter... Think it'll be a squeeze under the BOSE amp but will still go... At the end of the day it's only 40mm bigger than the 80L

Just had a horrible thought... With the tank being 45mm shorter, and I'm assuming the frame will be too, I'm going to have issues with the mounting points... I think they'll fall right on the vertical part of the chassis rail  :-/ :-/ :( :(

I guess I'll have to use the ones on the inside of the frame if that's the case instead of the end ones, which I'm sure will be a right pain in the @rse to fit  ::) ::) ::)

Maybe that tank would work with the longer frame?

Or you could offset it to one side, then you've only got 2 mounting points to find, and a useful cubby hole next to the tank.

You don't have to use the pre-drilled holes either, of course. (In fact, I had to drill 2 of the holes).

It's arrived :y :y :y :y :y :y

One 90L 4-hole tank delivered before 8am this morning :o :o :o :o

Trouble is... The company who sent it haven't sent a full back end kit unfortunately >:( >:( >:(  I'm missing the vent hose and the bulk head plate to pass everything through, and the bolts and spreader plates for mounting the frame (but at least I can get them from B&Q ;) ;)). At least I can get on and mount the tank this weekend and probably get some of the items at the front end, like the ECU and the vaporiser, in place too... Actually, scrub mounting the Vap... I'll do that when I'm doing everything else :y :y :y

I have emailed Teilo and I'll call him on Monday morning but don't think I'll have any more troubles getting the few bits that are missing because he'll stock them himself :y :y :y :y :y

Alol in all, still a bargain kit and worth the wait... Just a pity there was so much bu11$h!t floating about when I was waiting! My advice, deal direct with Teilo... He's the man who sorts thing quickly!!  :y :y :y

Didn't get bulkhead plates for mine, but found a couple in the garage. ::)

B&Q do some nice 50mm square spreader plates, btw. :y

Kevin

Just been and got them, along with nice new nuts, bolts and washers to save me hunting around for some :y :y :y :y

I'm sure Teilo will have them to me within a couple of days as he's pretty switched on!! TBH I think he's a little embarrassed about all the delays ::) ::)

He's confirmed that OOF can deal directly with him and still get the discount :y :y :y :y :y
