Car running at last.
« on: 16 August 2008, 13:08:21 »

Well, cambelt, oil cooler seals etc all done. Omega fired up first time off the booster, was tappety to start but is nice and smooth now. Been for a 2 mile run so I suspect Mr Rubber bit has come out the exhaust in a puff of smoke!

wahay, your in business. You must have done all the usual jobs. Fancy doing a cost sheet of what you paid verses what a stealer would charge? No, i wouldnt either, but i bet the differance is enormous. Whats it go like?

Stink, especially now I've got both multirams working - in the higher end of the rev range it's awesome :y

Still only 25mpg on a 65mph run, though - some more tinkering is needed!
