A lot of dealer's offer a minimum trade in offer of a £1,000 which is what you would get anyway based on the mileage

Good Luck, if you can't get a grand for it try and get some cash of the vectra to make up the difference  :y

The Elite will probably go to auction for pennies as the dealer will have made his money on the Veccy sale. No offence but do you really want a fwd after running an Elite?
Could be an expensive exercise if the novelty wears off in 6 months or so & you want another Mig. :-/

Put it in the Autotrader at £1300ono and see what happens. You've got nothing to lose and if you sell it you can ask the dealer for a cash discount ;)

Trouble then is, that they're less flexable on the price of the car your trading in for :(
