Samsung J6+ Help Req

January last year I bought the phone as a back up due to my health & poor reception from  differest providers signals that vary widely.

The phone was bought because of the dual sim capabilty. :y

Main phone S7 Edge is on three and needs a booster to run in the house. :(

Other 2 phones I have are on O2 and Plusnet.  All differ on reception areas in a 10 mile radius from home.

Idea behind the dual sim was simply get rid of one phone.

All was fine up untill 3 weeks ago, the J6 often went flat if taken off charge , simply pluged in, change , switched on and left connected more often than not.

In total its had about 2/3 hours use as a phone and about an hour googleing etc.

When booting now I get this error. >:(



Tried many times to reboot, tried lots to do a hard reset, no joy.

Anyone know of any software that can be used to interogate the phone to reset it? :y

If that fails come back to me, the next solutions involves Kies (Samsung software) and a computer to re-flash the phone.

Rather than start a new thread thought would add on to this one.

Backing up?

Backed up all my contact numbers (Samsung S4, Samsung S7 Edge & OPPO A92020) :y

Same with photo's even though the OPPO wasnt simply USB cable to the PC like the Galaxy's. :y

Is there any recomened software out there for backing up text messages off all the phones.  (Would be nice t back up conversations off Facebook as well - but I allways want too much )
