Ceramic sink
« on: 31 July 2019, 22:23:13 »

We are revamping a part of our house and we wanted a simple ceramic sink with drainer.

First shock is the price. Second is Spanish Amazon etc perhaps understandably, want 100 or so euros for delivery within Spain.

Mrs V spotted the same sink on Amazon uk for the same price and free delivery......to Spain. So we have bought the item. Delivery in a week or so. Maybe it is coming direct from the factory in Eastern Europe.

Will it arrive with no extra charge or will something pop up like the vendor cancelling the order?

We will do something we have never done before and film opening up the package.

Assuming it arrives in one piece we still have the delight of knocking out the tap hole to look forward to

I hope you're better than I am at making holes in ceramic then .. because it usually takes me two or three bathroom tiles before I get that right, and sinks don't come in packs of 12! ;D

Ha ha.

Order cancelled by vendor “ inconsistency with credit card”. Funny thing is it is still up for sale with free postage to buyers in Spain.

We have contacted an agent in Valencia for a quote.
