Tweaks can be made so that they are not the same deals? Or, the Senate pass both with a two thirds majority because they don't have to jump through hoops to please the orange manchild any more?  A desperate waste of precious time.

They're keeping the Democrats busy, ready for Jan 6th and getting as much pushed through now just in case Georgia elects the wife beater and the Spotted yoof, they're just making sure that Biden can't actually do anything... Just in case ;D

No I think it's a clever move, especially in light of the Georgia elections.  The GOP can go round telling the Georgians that they're gonna stop Joe Biden from taking their pick ups!  :)
