who else whatched the F1 race at spa? who else see the move hamilton did on kimi, who else see him back off as so not to get an advantage by going off track? who else see hamilton clearly behind kimi on way to the hairpin and overtake him there? can someone tell the stupid blind officials at Spa, they wasnt looking, but have probably been advised to make use of any posiblity to aid Ferrari!

And i bet if this decision is thrown out some how the guys who actually made this farce of a decision will still be there next race, to do it again, or next year at spa to do it again!

its a complete and utter con, he followed the rules perfectly!! seems the governing bodies wear red!!

Yes, we have lost our thread discipline on this. I'm a bit of a stickler for the rules as you may know from previous posts

However, in this case it is in General Chat which is supposed to be a bit 'looser' to allow discussion to evolve - and people seem to be so indignant about the decision that they probably won't be carefully scanning previous posts.

Well I've just watched the highlights and many replays of the "incident" in question. Hamilton did everything by the book - he realised what he'd done, backed off to allow Raikkonen back in front, then outbraked him to take the lead. Top racing in my book but the FIA Ferarri stewards obviously had their eyes closed or know break all about motor racing. I'm so pleased that Mclaren are appealing but they shouldn't have to be appealing against anything. Had Massa or Raikkonen pulled off the same thing there wouldn't have even been a stewards enquiry. Look back over the years at some of the stunts that Schumacher got away with and tell me that Ferrari aren't favoured. It totally stinks, and if Mclaren don't win their appeal I'm finished with F1.
