a guy that lives near me drives a dhl delivery van . he was telling me its his brothers & he has 8 vans in total all in dhl,s colours . i asked him how he goes about getting them painted up & he told me dhl give his brother so much towards the first one but the next 7 he had to stand the cost

There's a reason that van manufacturers make them in all the basic colours.

The DHL livery is a few hundred quid at the local sign company. If they cheaped out by buying white rather than ordering yellow vans, then any saving will more than pay for the wrapping.

DHL pay them as a subcontracted business, so you could argue that DHL contributed to one more van than the had any reason to.  ;)

Be a subcontractor rather the gig. Evri (parcel will be late/missing) and Amazon car drivers will be gig... Although they should be registered for self employment as they are required to have business use vehicle insurance  :-X
