Received a letter from them today stating action required as they've moved my electricity account to their "new improved" system. As such they've changed my account number and my top up card will no longer work as of yesterdays date,so I have to download my new app[the old one won't work anymore],activate my new look on line account and use my new smart card when I top up. The thing is although I do have a pre-payment meter it uses a plastic key I've never had an old card and don't have a new one nor have I ever had an old app let alone downloading a new one. I've never activated an on line account either!! So much for their "new improved" system.
