Well you need around 80 foot for the very biggest tankers And you already have over half of that I imagine so let’s get it on👍

Shallower Areas: Near the Iranian coast in the north, depths can be much shallower, sometimes between 15–30 meters. But otherwise plenty deep enough

His aim was very obviously to topple the regime and allow for some kind of sensible / moderate regime to replace it.
He has completely failed to achieve that.

The Strait is around 22 miles wide iirc, but much of it is too shallow for tankers to sail through.
The part thats deep enough is quite narrow, so its pretty easy for the Iranians to control it.
Best get dredging then.  :)
And move energy ports to other coastlines for those countries that can, rather than a narrow inlet, so no country can ever try a blockade.  Granted, it would take several years, but needs to start sooner rather than later.

Things are starting to get a bit messy. The longer this goes on, the greater the chance of unintended consequences:

Not going to pay to read it, but...

As for Erdrogan, he's a fine one to talk.

The Israeli security forces have got terrorist management down to a fine art.

Unfortunately the thing that separates terrorists from decency is that they will stop at nothing to protect themselves and that includes using 'innocent' civilian facilities as fronts for paramilitary operations. Unfortunately this invariably results in collateral casualties.

If the Israelis were genuinely hell bent on genocide, they could simply flatten the Lebanon and Gaza along with everyone there. Instead, they are using intelligence and technology to target Hamas and Hezbollah management to brutal effect.

I wasn't commenting on the arguments about who's right and who's wrong, merely the fact that Erdogan is threatening Israel. Right and wrong is subjective.

A side benefit would be more barbers shops in Israel.
