I'm not convinced that Burnham can win this by-election, and if he loses his humiliation will be well deserved.

HMRC letting the Ginger Growler off is just too convenient and it looks like Streeting has bottled it, unless he's keeping his powder dry while he see what transpires in the by-election.

From the leftfield theres rumours that Al Cairns, the Armed Forces minister might have ago, but he has only been in Parliament since 2024. So....  :-\

There is the possibility some Reform voters may actually vote for Burnham because  their desire to see him to depose Mr Wooden is so strong.

My guess is Burnham 'may' possibly win.

If Burnham losses then Starmer goes on. :-X
