Bacon and egg with Daddies sauce for me, although a close second is corned beef in white bread with Branston pickle. (or even lunch tounge in white bread)

As much as i love british couisine i can say that this country suffers seriously with respect to sandwitch recipes. The one and only that stands out is the BLT only when it is hommade of course.
