in february i lose my scania for a brand new globetrotter xxl prestige with i-shift auto box :) :) :). but the bad bit is that it still got a tag-axle and only be the 480 engine. ::) ::)
with the current economy the way it is i still think there time for boss to cancel order
enjoy your new comforts guy  :y but watch them big mirrors as they block you corner vision a lot more than scania's mirrors

Yes mate. i don't like tag axle lifts, this one's a mid, where they should be. TBH i wish we could run 44t on a 4x2 as the lift axle pins 'em down when freighted. The euro's seem to get away with it!
I know what you mean about the mirrors, much as i love Vollies the Scannies give you more wide view when reversing on the blind side but i prefer the Vollies overall, got that solid feel to 'em & he bunks/storage & living space are spot on, cracking cabs. :y

I made myself a 12v clip on day/night cctv camera for the offside of the trailer (it was a lefty as I spent more time over the water than not!) it just plugged in to my tv on the dash, great view straight down the blind side! I still have it somewhere!

Cant beat a volvo truck, but i would say that as i work for Volvo as an Electrician on there trucks.

They are as complicated as you like but when they are unwell thay wont play, and if its new enough to have the Ad-blue system on it then get ready, you will get to know your dealer very well :'(

Other than that,cracking truck ;D ;D ;D
