Changing Bulbs in Headlights
« on: 05 November 2008, 16:29:13 »

Hi Today I changed the bulbs in my car. What I thought would be a five minute job turned out to be a good hour. It was all due to that lovely bottom retaining bolt, when you have not got a ramp or proper extentions its a nigtmare. I have now moved that bolt to the side of the headlight, on the plastic bar that holdes the light in position. Drilled through that into the body work and bolted it on with the same bolt.  Its rock solid so there it will stay. Only trouble now is the battery is flat, as the nipper was asleep in the back of the car whilst I did it. I left the cd player on for a bit of background music, and the lights had been on and off. So must have a duff battery. Oh well these things are sent to try us!!! ;D
