Really fed up - very few presents, rubbish TV, the runs, and BT have screwed my install leaving me with modem internet only

BT. I f*cking hate them. I called them out because my line was so noisy. This was after several stupid girlies in Asia had told me there was nothing wrong with it. Oh, and could I speak up cause they couldn't hear me properly!

Engineer came out, fiddled and farted for 15 minutes, said he was going down to the pole at the end of the street,and never came back.

On my next bill I got charged £55 for calling them out when there was nothing wrong.

AAARRRGGHHHHH

Raise a complaint with them (and make sure you get a ref number to ensure they do actually raise it), they will normally waive the charge

mine never went up either, just put up a little fibre optic type one...

once xmas day was out of the way the decorating kit came out and the hall stairs and landing have been painted and papered......

Now i can keep the missus quiet and get the carpet in the jan sales
