Cem, i might have a problem here
firstly- to replace chestnuts with something else
and secondly- if i don`t buy whipped cream in a can, i use pots of double cream. 2 Packets??  :-?

preperation :

* 7 eggs and 4 cups of sugar mixed in a big bowl (with a mixer 5 mins fast and 5 mins medium and 1 min slow)

* stop the mixer

* 3.5 cup flour and 2 cup cacao and vanilla sugar mixed  with a spoon

on paper than poured in the egg mixture

* the final mixture using a big wood spoon mixed slowly and only in one direction for 7-10 minutes until mixed perfectly..

* now add one spoon of olive oil to the final mixture and mix another one minute..

* now prepare a teflon cake cup enough to keep the mixture and oil the surface (sunflower oil is ok)

* prepare the oven , for 30  minutes and 180 C and cook

* after its cooked dont open before 5 minutes and after 5 minutes opening must be small for a slow cooling

* let it cool completely..cut into two pieces horizontally

* prepare the whipped cream (mix the cream, milk and cacao) put in

refrigerator

* prepare the wetting liquid from  2 cups of drinking water and 2 cups of sugar and boil them 5 minutes..after it become cold add liquer (you can use another liqueur also) now cover the surfaces of the cake with the wetting liquid..(both upper and lower parts)

* Now spread (lay) the chestnut (in creamy form) in upper surfaces  of cake..And then whipped cream..

* Spread chocolate and coconut and then the fruits.

* Put in refrigerator ..

here the whipped cream is sold in dust form to add milk after..if you can find ready, only some small amount of cacao must  be added  and a tiny layer just to cover the cake is necessary..

Chestnut not critical..but the taste will change a bit..
