Anybody work for Travel Agents here?
« on: 26 December 2008, 20:21:00 »

Looking at flights to Australia, cheapest i found is £699 (Heathrow - Sydney) with BA on their sale, which is about what i was expecting to pay. Not gone to a travel agents yet, but would be prepared to spend £50 or so for a stop over in Hong Kong.

Did you get the price from ba.com or britishairways.co.uk and are you an Executive Club member?

I paid for my Sister-In-Law to come over from Zambia, the price on the websites was higher by nearly £300, so try calling the Exec Club.

cheers, not a member of the executive club, don't fly that much, unless a Marriott Platinum reward card gets you in!

Looking to travel April, most likey first couple of weeks in that month. £698 was the cheapest going through ba.com on those dates.

Hello Tunnie,

you may be able to find cheaper somewhere else on the web, but if it's going to be BA, dont leave it to long, their flights generally get more expensive the nearer the fly date,
