Good to hear ... :y :y :y

When my Mum came home after her stroke the occupational therapy folks were amazing, they had done an assessement before she was allowed home, then spent the whole day following her around making notes. Next day the workmen arrived and fitted all sorts of stuff, even down to what I called "doctors taps" .... you know... . those very long lever things.

I was very impressed to be honest.

You're not a big baby mate, she's your MUM. I'll stand up to anyone who thinks that's soft. When my folks go i'l  be crying rivers & telling you lot about it. Nothing to be ashamed of mate, shows how much you love her.
Takes a bigger man to be honest. :y

I quite agree with you AmigoMV6, when my Dad passed away 12 years ago i couldn't cry at the time, not because i didn't love him, but should have because have been paying for it ever since emotionally, have had to see councilors and had a lot of problems :(.

My Mums 82 this year and still going strong but i know in my heart that we have to make the most of every day :).

I hope you have a long time together bertie and make the best of every minute :).
