anybody help with tech 2

hi all is there any members that live close by to me manchester that have a tech 2 or similar device as ivehad rac out but not much look providing code problems the codes are c0718 c3000 c0300 i believe the third one to be random misfire but the other two no clues as to what these mean anybody close by to help much apprieciated
