Well the Doc said I hadnt damaged a tendon, but never actually came up with a cause for what caused it.  The problem subsided over 24/48 hours but left with a little bit of pain as I walk on it.

Been out again today, a bit of a nip in the air and the sodding pain has come back and got the better of me again.

So it seems to be muscle/cold air weather related.  Still, could be worse, but bloody inconvienient time wise and sore.    Ah well.

Been off the road myself last few weeks, again :'( :'( went out a couple of times to get some exercise and use a walking stick :'( Lost a Stone and a half in 3 weeks, down to 9 stone now, getting a bit scary. Doc's tomorrow.
 :(

Bugga, weight loss certainly not a good thing, but some times thats just over worrying about things too much.

Hope you get better news from the Doc tomorrow.

Hadnt realised it was cancer, fluid not good either, but glad to hear you is on the mend.

Work are good in some cases, hopefully they are quite understanding and will continue.

Yes, lost a lung to Cancer a few yeas ago, ongoing monitoring, but seem to get regular chest infections, that I can just about live with as long as the cancer stays away. Not the Man i was, but try to keep going, just get fed up with the amount of times I get sick, for many reasons.
