Thank god its the last of my tablets
« on: 19 March 2009, 20:29:45 »

Remember a week or so back I told you the doctor told me I had the Pylori bug (not contagious by the way)
Prescribed a 7 day course of antibiotics plus others  WELL tonight is the last ones to take already have, but can honestly say the treatment is so F***** painful I kid you not as the medication reacts against the bug stomach aches now as a new meaning to me, I really wish I could have been put to sleep for a week it as been that bad, I'm dreading now returning to doctors for tests to see if its gone , seems the pains supposed to stop a day or so after the last dose..:'( :'( :'(

I hope you`re going to feel much better soon; I wonder if some fresh 'live' plain-yogurt might help in getting your stomach back to normal after that antibiotic assault?
I always eat some 'live' plain-yogurt after a course of (conventional) antibiotics and it seems to help greatly. :y

helicobacter pylori, everyone has it in there system so i have been told.just takes something to bring it out. i had it and so have a few i know. nothing more than a long term stomach bug. worse posible thing that can happen is ulcers. plenty of john smiths will cure it, none of this poofy lager, stella or fosters as it only aggrevates it.

apple cider vinegar, apparently best cure for stomach acid or stomach bugs. if you can stand pure alocohol at its strongest point.

when i had it, about 10 yrs ago now i was hospitalised for a week and it is painful. i also lost a lot of weight very fast. and like a fool i went to the pub the day after i got home and didnt follow on with the tabs resulting in it coming back twice as bad. and it also put me in the most embaressing situation i have ever been in. not to be taken lightly.
