If your looking for a taller bike you could try one of these ..
http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/Manufacturers/Aprilia/Tuono/ or another bike to try is http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/Manufacturers/KTM/Superduke/ and the main importer is up your way in Brackley

Thats the same ish style as the MT-03, which i am told a local dealer has one coming in next week  :D

The XJ6 was silky smooth, and i took it on a similar route to the MT after my test, what i found was i had much better vision on the MT, i could sit up and look around the nice country villages i was passing though, on the XJ6 i was hunched over and could not really see around as much

get a bmw R1150gs  best bike i ever owned, thats got a nice upright riding position
