Ive tried everything except Zybans replacement

i had Zyban and it sent me loopy its a drug thats used for treating Schitzophrenics (Sorry if ive spelt it wrong)

i still havent managed to give up... wish i could though everytime i try though i end up suffering with severe stress

Just an update........thats just over 30hrs now,( not that im counting or anything! haha!) and still no ciggys!!  Had a huge craving last nite but managed to occupy my mind by making a curry. So i guess the money i'll save will go on replacing clothes!! :)

Yes, everyone who I have ever known to give up smoking has always put weight on! ::) ::) ::)   But at least it is a good excuse to replenish your wardrobe! :D ;)

Agree Zyban is good...mum was a 40 a day smoker for 40 odd years and stopped straight away with Zyban.

Silly cow started again thinking ""well 1 wont hurt"".

Going too look into Champix as i really want too stop.... :(
Is that available on an NHS `script Andy  :question

Yes Rob, that's how SWMBO got them.  :y

They help her - she's finnished the course now - and she's had many failed attempts before.  ;)

I dunno how people can afford to smoke, its so bloody expensive luckily never got into  it so no tips coming from me :y

Its partly because there finally breathing pure air rather than a nicotine mix plus of course the need for something to put in the gob constantly :y

LOL  ;D  ;D I had no problems with Zyban, SWMBO has just been on Champix and so far ...... about 4 months ... has been OK. No suicsidal thoughts so far .....  ::)    ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D

I Smoked 20- 30 a day for 15 years and I tried everything to quite including N.L.P. and Hypnotherapy!!!  :-[ Nothing worked until i was put on Champix. That was last Summer and touch wood i've been off  them since!

I do still want one now and then though!  :-X
