its not taxed and theres only 8 spaces and 12 flats. next door doesnt drive and she seems to think one of the spots is hers and it should be left empty for when her boyfriend comes round. weve already had words and shes been put in her place so i guess she complained that i have 2 cars now.

On the subject of 12 flats and 8 parking spaces, what genius in planning allowed that, unless there are some really exacting circumstances, like they are for people who can't drive.

they put 4 recycle bins for the whole state in 2 spaces so thats 2 less, put up metal posts by them so thats another space lost as it goes in the way of another space. then they knocked down the dustbin shed and stuck 4 huge metal wheelie bins on the grass 
weve all complained but all we get is were sort it out, thats been going on since last yr (cant decide if I mean year or your).
