have you ever seen the nandos restaurants, we had to put railway sleepers on the ceiling, now that was back braking. frigging stupid idea, if one ever comes loose gonna have a big lawsuit on there backs

Seriously hurt back in 1990.

several years later, aggravated it again.

"Have a hot shower, lay face down on the bed, towell covering your vanity" I was told. Then had baby lotion rubbed into the affected area. "Carry on" I said. "Waiting for the lotion to soak in" she said.
Carried on laying there in anticipation...................................... carried on lying there in anticipation...............................carried on....you get the picture and then snorring from behind me.
Yep she fell asleep.
Anticipation took a serious reduction :-X

Just answering a few questions here,,, It didn't end with a happy ending  >:( ;D
Tiger Balm is a must for today me thinks :y
There ain't no Mountains around here Albs you daft ode buggar, Try Scotland or Wales ;D :P
And us in Massive can take pain anyway :P ::) ;D :D

Tiger Balm is indeed a great invention , HOWEVER  , remember to wash yours hand after appliyning it , it has the same qualities as deep heat but twicw as hot  :D :D :D :D :D
