I've had the tail of the Westfield wagging at 80 MPH in 5th. I did drive it in snow once. I doubt I'll bother again. ;D That's what comes of having 205 section tyres with only 650 Kg. On anything other than grippy tarmac you're better off not spreading the weight over such a large contact patch.

Years ago (tuned Sunbeam with forest suspension) driving to work there was about a mile of loose chippings and I started geting faster and faster.

Suddenly realised speedo at 90*, left hand bend right hand lock and looking out of my side window.

I suddenly realised then why they were successfull rally cars!

* No units no problem could be miles per year or km/h or m/s, also a lot of power oversteer

From the moment I picked up your book until I laid it down, I was convulsed with laughter. Some day I intend reading it.
