Good time had at York

Just to say a big thanks to all a york

ran up just for the day and got back at 1.00am today.Had a great time and was very nice to meet new and old faces.

Thanks to Daz for the help with the windscreen wipers :y they are just right now.  And also to The Boy for the tip ....i have been using the full rev range and seems to have worked a treat :y  

And thanks to Mike for the run in the cars ...goes and handels very well.

Alf you have a very quick TD looks like the chip is working well.

Daz had the classic pink t-shirt on, and also tryed to de-flower me  AGAIN ;D ;D ;D.

Hope eveyone got/gets back safe.

Good to see you again SP_3.2 :)

The first couple of runs in yours, it seemed to be holding back a bit.  Shame the brakes died before we could get a decent one in  :'(

Might be worth doing a full brake service on it

Alright Steve was nice to meet you,as for Daz you should know what hes like  ;D ;D.
Good luck with the up coming comp mate keep us posted on how it goes :y :y

not much wrong with it, went exactly as expected from a chiped tractor :y

maybe a shade clattery, but it was probably cold at the time

yup im searching for one now, found a seized one [normal i presume] on a breaker on fleabay, if he`s still got the thing i`ll get it & have fun stripping it down [if its possible] :y

rotate by hand, then connect to a 12v supply for an hour or 2. It will either kill it, or cure it

do you know if these naff motors have the phos bronze [so called self lubing] bearings in them?, only i used to get the same problem with the hand dryers on the bowling lanes with those sh1te bearings in them >:(
