go and get a tub of cocoa butter body cream, we use it out here where you really do get burnt!!! sooths very quickly smells lovely and helps repair damaged/burnt,cracked skin tissue,
and on a heat rash or prickly heat oif you prefer you can see the inflamed area returning to normal!!! tesco or sainsburys around 1.99 a large tub!!

Thanks for all the advice, my skins still hot thats been 4 days :-? I think the after sun I have been using has been cooking me not cooling off to get some cocoa butter as I love the smell of that and if it works on spanish sun it must help here in Hertfordshire
As for the white bits Nick I will leave that to your imagination as to where they are and no need to post any pics

Yoghurt works well Ali, cools the skin almost straight away. Try to avoid fruit ones though - those seeds get everywhere . . . . .
