go and get a tub of cocoa butter body cream, we use it out here where you really do get burnt!!! sooths very quickly smells lovely and helps repair damaged/burnt,cracked skin tissue,
and on a heat rash or prickly heat oif you prefer you can see the inflamed area returning to normal!!! tesco or sainsburys around 1.99 a large tub!! :y

Thanks for all the advice, my skins still hot :( thats been 4 days :-? I think the after sun I have been using has been cooking me not cooling :o :o off to get some cocoa butter as I love the smell of that and if it works on spanish sun it must help here in Hertfordshire ;D
As for the white bits Nick I will leave that to your imagination as to where they are ;) and no need to post any pics  ;D ;D ;D
