It's not just that wailing, woefull To$$er Martin...it's the whole family.
Gwyneth Paltrow says her three-year-old son Moses has inherited some of dad Chris Martin's poetic side.

It's a shame, they're good musicians, the songs themselves are good...it's just him.
Wail, whine, woe is me..we must save the world...yeah, right !  Just find an island somewhere, as remote and isolated as possible, and stay there...Pratt !

I agree mate,although I do have a soft spot for "fix you"for personal reasons.
My daughter got a freebie to see them at the O2 a while ago though,and she said that they were suprisingly brilliant. :-/

I've never come across a band that I just cannot listen to...until Coldplay.
When I hear a song for the first time and I am blissfully unaware of who it is, I'm thinking "Hmm, this sounds pretty good"...and then the muppet opens his mouth. "Oh No !!"...CLICK. 
His voice, manner, opinions...Aaagh !! >:(
