I won't go into any great detail, other than to say....

Npower are crap....have just changed to Southern electric..............BT need to update their BT2.0 & 2.1 problem solving/help info in the booklets and online.......and my bank need to sort their charges out, still waiting on e-mail from the latter regarding account details of charges taken by receiving bank, said half an hour, that was over an hour ago ......have been slightly pissed off lately 8-)
