It's been a year but.......

.......I'm getting rid of the Shaguar to invest in property in Hawaii.

It's going on wednesday PM for a tidy 2k profit :y

Guess what I am getting back off the wife?  ::) ::) ::) ::)     The miggy!  I will be driving and sorting this one out and maybe upgrading in a couple of months  :y :y

np, but make sure you take a tent with a very high hydrostatic head.  It's just land for now.

When I was there last we rented some kayaks near Capt Cook bay from this house/rental business.  The lady said she rents about 10 on a bad day at $60 a pop, sometimes 25+!  That business is now up for sale for $650k.  If a check on the accounts verify what she said that is a sound business plan.  Little investment required as the kayaks are all fairly new, plus there are 2 appartments on it to rent.

If only I was not tied to my current job...... I would be there in a heartbeat :(

Now I could do that job, and as for topping up my tan, there is much less of me so better for the environment.......... :D :D :D
