Depends on time of day.

During day, tends to be one of the local stations, drive home tends to be Radio 2, late night, tends to be something bongo-bongo

Though sometimes my mood swings me in other directions, and I've been known to listen to classic fm etc

Usually Capital (London) at home and locally in the car.
Ten17 (Harlow local station) to and from work as good local traffic news for my journey.
Heart (Essex) at work.
Occassionally Radio 1 or 2 but like someone else said, can't stand Jeremy Vines on Radio 2.
