Ooops! At least it was made locally so delevery charges for the replacement shouldn't be that bad!  ;D  ;D

No.

That's why they were getting cold.

I do like their excuse.  Unless someone's going to get injured, I think it's always best to hit the car that causes the problem.  Insurance claims are much simpler that way.
