A week! I put mine off last year because I was told no driving for at least two weeks, and take it very easy for up to eight weeks, or else it would just be a waste of time and I'd need it doing again :o

Last time i had it done about 10 years ago i was off work for 3 weeks......didnt even feel like driving for 2 of them.....but this time around specialist reckons 2/3 days no driving....and no heavy lifting for 6 months.....i was assuming procedure had improved since last time  :-/ I think it depends on wether you keyhole surgery or not......im not, but specialist this time reckoned 2inch max cut.....last time the butcher made a 6in cut  :o

Which reminds me....from Sunday no booze and gotta cut down on ciggies  :(

OOF is a tough place, you go away for a week and your post count rating slips down the charts... there are some mad posters here, I tell you, I just can't keep up...  ;D

We should run a benfit system, for expamle the over 40' get an extra star...   :)

Or a 1,000 post bonus for people who fix their cars in the street because they have no drive (TD will support me on this one I'm sure  ;))
